Operator and contact

Paperdrake operates Chelsea Email Preview, a limited-access integration for business email and transaction records. Questions, disconnection requests and data-handling requests can be sent to jerry@paperdrake.ai.

Information accessed and purpose

With account-owner authorization, the integration reads Gmail profile information to confirm the intended mailbox, plus message metadata, labels, email contents and relevant thread context needed to match business emails to approved records in Follow Up Boss. The Gmail permission is read-only. That permission can technically read the authorized mailbox; application searches and approved mappings limit what the workflow processes.

The workflow does not use Gmail permission to send, modify or delete messages, and is configured not to download or upload attachments. Relevant email content and source references may be copied into an approved Follow Up Boss record after synchronization is enabled. A-Frame sent-email records are processed through a separate authorized connection for the same business purpose.

Service providers and contextual routing

The integration runs in private n8n hosting on Railway, with PostgreSQL storing synchronization state. Follow Up Boss receives the approved CRM notes. When deterministic matching cannot resolve an email, the contextual-routing feature may send that unresolved email, relevant thread text and approved business-record context to OpenAI. Conflicting or insufficient matches are held for review.

The configured AI request disables response storage where supported. This is not a promise of zero retention by every provider; provider processing and retention are subject to their applicable terms and settings.

Use limitations and human access

Google user data is used for the requested business synchronization and routing feature. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used by this integration to train a general-purpose AI model. Human review of private content is limited to specifically authorized review, necessary security or debugging work, and other purposes permitted by Google’s applicable Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

FUB notes remain in the customer’s CRM and follow that account’s access and retention controls. Synchronization records retain source and destination identifiers, timestamps, status and duplicate/recovery information needed to operate the integration safely. The production workflow configuration disables normal success/error payload storage; this does not imply zero retention in hosting systems, backups or providers. No new automatic deletion schedule is promised by this policy.

Account controls and requests

The account owner can revoke authorization through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized Gmail access but does not automatically remove CRM notes or operational records already created. Contact the operator to request disconnection, access or deletion review. The scope, feasibility and any applicable retention requirements will be explained before changes are made.

This website

These informational pages are hosted by Cloudflare. They contain no analytics, advertising, mailbox connection code or data-entry forms. The hosting provider may process standard web-request information needed to serve the pages.

Google API Limited Use

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
